We were introduced to Joanne of sister act travel when our regular travel agent decided to retire from the travel game, who we have always used, even when he moved to Queensland from SA .
From when we first met her until the present day, we have used her to book trips to the UK and a river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest then Canada and Alaska and onto the USA and Disneyland she has provided outstanding service and good value and every booking went without a hitch.
We have also used her to fly our relatives from New Zealand to Adelaide and flights and booking were great and all went to plan even though it was all booked and paid for here.
We are now using her for bookings to Switzerland and France leaving later in the year and are also looking at joining her trip to Paradise in the Philippines.
I am not the easiest person to please as I demand the best for my money and seem to request the unusual but Joanne always listens to my queries with patience and understanding and comes up with a solution, which calms me down so keep it up Joanne and we will keep coming back

My partner and I had an amazing time in Japan, and even now - 7 months on - neither of us can go a week without bringing up memories from our trip. Your preparation and organisation made our trip seamless and worry-free, and the little document holder you sent me was a God-send! Without that, I'm certain I would have lost an important document, or two haha.
From the very start you were accommodating to my every need, and although we never met face-to-face, you still went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank you enough for that!
